Dragon Fly Brand Thin Soy Sauce Mfg: Kwong Hung Seng Ltd, Part.
 
The Bottle lists ingredients as "yellow bean, salt, starch, water
Sodiam bensoate"  I would like to know what type of starch that is
used in this product.

In their "sweet" soy sauce, Kwong Hung Seng uses soybean starch.

Although not the same exact product, it might not be a stretch that they
use soybean starch in their thin soy sauce as well.

I think it is safe to assume that the use the same starch in both

In their "sweet" soy sauce, Kwong Hung Seng uses soybean starch.  The
AsianWok website provides the ingredients for their Sweet Soy Sauce.

"Soybean starch, sugar, sodium bensoate, salt."

Although not the same exact product, it is not a stretch that they use
soybean starch in their thin soy sauce as well.
