I would like to start up an in-house program similiar to Google
AdSence in our web site, which we will share the profit from
advertisement with our content providers. I know we need to prepare
the 1099 tax forms for them.

Do we need other tax forms?
What information do we need from our content providers?
How we prepare the taxes if they are not located in United States?

Since we will have many content providers, we would like to outsource
it for preparing and mailing. Do you know any online service for this?
