Well the second one smells like a scam to me :

Dates: Created 16-nov-2005 Updated 16-nov-2005 Expires 16-nov-2006

A nice short registration period.

What a reliable person - using Yahoo

I reckon that this guy is more of a 'chancer' than a pure scammer

- he also has lousy spelling
- and anyway what is to stop you opening your own US$ bank account ?

At best he is selling 'free air', but he might be phishing

As for: http://www.swissgates.com/

Phew - that looks dodgy as they go

- a shopping cart for a bank account - enough to make one weep

But isn't the woman on ....

http://www.us-bank-non-residents.com/

DROP DEAD GORGEOUS?

The major banks in the UK offer offshore accounts for non-residents.
There is a choice of currencies and I reckon that these are a good
option for anyone wishing to go down that route.

They're not backed by the same UK Government guarantees as onshore
accounts but I would suggest that a very known banking name is a very
much safer bet than any of the unknowns advertising on the Internet.
