Hi there,

I am trying to install a wireless mouse and keyboard on my PC.
However, whilst the driver seems to install OK, the mouse still
doesn?t move the cursor. This is still being moved by the old (Wired)
mouse.

How do I get the PC(runs Windows XP) to recognise the new mouse (& keyboard)?

Thanks

You may need to sync the mouse with the receiver. The method may
vary, read the instructions. Normally, there's a connect button on
both units, press the receiver one then press the one on the mouse.

Sometimes, the batteries are dead or weak. Try new batteries.
