market? Solutions can consist of people, technology, methodologies,
etc or a mix. Providers ranked by sales of ETOCT over the last 2 years
(sales figures estimated if necessary, but please give assumptions).
Lesser known providers (e.g. www.valuescentre.com,
www.greatplacetowork.co.uk, perhaps a Six Sigma practitioner) are
largely unknown at present. Major known large providers include
Mercer, Towers Perrin, Atos, PWC, Accenture and IBM.
Note: In this context, ETOCT implies a marked improvement in corporate
values, rather than discreet coaching or training of the individual.
2) How likely are these firms (0=no likelihood, 10=certain) to
hire or offer associateship to someone (today) with the following profile:
- Entry level em'ee/org. culture transformation skills
- Outstanding track record of sales support, project
initiation/evangelism/telemarketing, and resourcing
- Excellent academic, accounting, corporate experience
- Very high focus, drive and commitment
- i.e. someone who can work closely with sales and reliably initiate
corporate ETOCT projects virtually on day one. Within 12 months sell
