What a wonderful service - I do hope you can help me. I am living in
Jamaica and going through a rough time. Am looking for some sort of
wellness program that would include elements of the following.
1. Stop smoking
2. Weight loss
3. Some spiritual/ self esteem building strategies- have just gone
through very painful divorce.

I would have liked a residentail type program but it seems that there
are none that fit this profile in Florida. ???
Failing that- I do have a sister in Miami and I could stay with her
and go on an outpatient basis.

Cost is a big concern as I do not have any insurance that would cover
this. I would like to use the Easter holidays from school ( I am a
teacher ) to do this - possibly a week as soon as possible to get me
started.
