what are the requirments for running for mayor in the city of chicago??

According to this site, you now need "only" 12,500 signatures to get
on the mayoral ballot.

There are probably some other requirements, but this looks like the difficult one.
They used to require 25,000 signatures, whereas NYC only requires 7,500.
