2) Names, Designation and e-mail IDs of all the faculty or staff
members related to the subjects like Humanities, Economics, Social
Sciences, Agriculture Economics, Environment Economics, Health
Economics, Management & Business Studies, Asian Studies along with the
Staff of Libraries in all the private and state Research Organizations
in USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Entire European Union, Japan and
South Africa

3) Names, Designation and e-mail IDs of all the staff members of
private Management and Business consulting firms in USA, UK,
Australia, New Zealand, Entire European Union, Japan and South Africa

4) Names, Designation and e-mail IDs of all the faculty or staff
members of NGOs & International NGOs working in the sectors like
Health, Education, Agriculture Research, Rural Development and
Development Studies  in USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Entire
European Union, Japan and South Africa

This is a vast (if not impossible) project. Setting aside the fact
that gathering "all" of anything is problematic, you have listed so
many categories and so many nations that a search for the names and
email addresses of people in all these categories and locations will
be immensely time-consuming. I cannot imagine that anyone will
undertake this in order to earn $37.50 (the Researcher's share of your
fee). Even at Google Answers' maximum fee of $200, this would, in my
estimation, be an unmanageably large project.

Shucks...I have USA, UK, Australia, the Entire European Union, Japan
and South Africa, but I'm missing New Zealand, darn it.
