hi,
im trying to cancel my subscription with http://www.whiteovernite.com
but i can't seem to locate it toll-free number anywhere on their site.
If anyone out there know where i can obtain this information, please
direct me to it. It would be greatly appriciated. (or if you know the
number for that matter, please tell me)

i've went into the "Customer Service" information, do as it stated on the
website. However, when i e-mail them regarding my request, i get a
auto-reply message that lead to no where. I tried 3 time thinking i
might have typed in the wrong email address but i double check and
still get the auto-reply message EVERY single time. Im frustrated and
annoyed by this. Please HELP ME!!

I can't see any telephone number on their site either.
(yes, we're on the same boat)

But then I can't see mention of any Subscriptions.
(actually, i did not order it directly from the website. Out of
stupidity, I order it from the "FREE iPod" popups scam (which i now
regret doing it. learned my lesson) that ask for subscription of any 2
sponsors in order to fullfill the requirement. I never received the
iPod. So, i sucessfully contacted the first product and got a full
refund on it but can't seem to contact this one.)

Exactly what did you subscribe for and when?
(the whitenting system ; March 7)

How much did you agree to pay?
(it stated that the $6.50 would be for the trial and after 14 days
if i don't cancel they would bill me the full price of $106.9 with the
auto shipment after month. not relaztiing that time fly so fast so the
trial was up and i didn't get a chance to cancel it. Now i have the
whole system sitting at home {not being use} that i want to return and
get a full refund.)

How much have you been charged?
   (6.50 + 106.9 = $113.40 already charged on my card.)

Are you or are you not satisfied with whatever you've got (if anything)?
(Product not been open. Just want return it.)

Wow, you are certainly not the only person that wants to get in touch
with whiteovernite. As cvenom-ga points out, whiteovernite is a
Novapointe company. Here is Novapointe's website:

http://www.novapointe.com/aboutus.html

Notice the toll free number (877.968.4628) at the bottom of the page.
I called this number and asked for a toll free number for
whiteovernite. I was given (800)566-0959. I called this number and got
"Best Services". After a short wait, a human by the name of Robb
answered. I asked Robb if this was the number a person should call
concerning whiteovernite customer complaints and he said, "Yes". I was
very surprised at this after some of the things I read about
whiteovernite on the internet:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff182162.htm

Use the search feature for even more:

http://www.ripoffreport.com/results.asp?q1=ALL&q4=&q6=&q3=&q2=&q7=&searchtype=0&submit2=Search%21&q5=Whiteovernite&submit=Search

Also, this is interesting:

I seriously doubt that you will get any satisfaction from this bunch,
but you never know. I wish you good luck.

it short, they said i should have read the "term of agreement" and

for my stupidity. Good days everyone!!

Laura,
Your comment will probably be removed because you have posted your email address.

It seems that Johnniee-ga did cancel his subscription.
If the information above is not adequate or clear for you, you will
have better luck getting an answer by posting your own question.
