I need company names and contact details (website, e-mail and
telephone nr) of suppliers of e-mail marketing services in 15
different countries:
England, France, Spain, Danmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Russia,
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Georgia, Ukraine, Brasil, India and
Vietnam.
I need 3 companies per country.
Desired company profile:
- producer of e-mail marketing software
- the software can be used by other companies for sending e-mails to
their customers or other relations
- ability to handle large volumes (360.000 e-mails per year)
Can anobody provide me with such a list of companies? Additional
company details are welcome, but not necessary.

Should some of the mentioned countries provide you with difficulties
in finding companies based there, please let me know! Any 12 of these
countries can be composed to a satisfying answer, too!

No, the legal aspect is not important.
I do not want to spam them or use their software to send spam, I just
want to call them to ask them a few questions about their products.
Preferrably, I want to contact companies that work with 'opt-in' or
even 'double opt-in' service on their products, but if it is faster to
answer the question without making this selection, then please
proceed.
I would be very happy (tip!) if the question can be answered within
the next few days.

would be OK.
The other problems is that while we have researchers
with expertise in different countries, it would be dificult to cover
all 15 in one search and at this price. Small countries are unlikely
to have their own software suppliers for this.
There may be some direct email activity, which originate within the country.
The software would be just adapted, from international sources.
It may be necessary to first deermine, for each country to determine
what is the situations, rules, volume, practice ..
These are just free suggestions, I hope helpful suggestions.
I am not planning to research this.

Well, I am paying this out of my own pocket, so I cannot afford a much
higher price.
I am not interested in legal attributes or affairs, I just want names
and contact details of companies.
I am also not interested in direct e-mail activities, only in
producers of the software.

In your case, just to do one country
(I would only consider CR which I already know )
it could take 2 hours - just to find such suppliers (if any)
- at going rate - it would be about $40.
And it could be empty list: Most spam I get to my .cz address is in English,
direct marketing (in czech) is mostly from businesses I bought something from..
I assume that you are located in US?
Situation is different in other countries.
It is just too complex questions. Lists are timeconsuming.
But, may be someone else will pick it up.

Well, I understand that it takes time to answer my question.
In fact, I have been at it myself, but found it so time-consuming,
that I decided to place the question here. My idea was that I was just
not experienced enough in searching the internet to search
efficiently. I thought that for experienced researchers this could be
a fast browsing-search, but apparently, I am wrong about that. Or
perhaps there are others who do know where to find this kind of
information quickly?
I am not US-based, but in Sweden and The Netherlands, so I do know
some things about the (west) European way of dealing with e-mail
marketing and spam. However, the companies that I would most eagerly
contact, are not spam senders, but companies that provide other
companies with software to inform their current customers or others
that have actively requested information by e-mail.
Thanks for your honest comment, I hope there is someone else that will
answer the question.
