I got a charge on my Visa/Debit account for $73.67 from "AC-PUBLIC
SERVICE E-PAYMENTS."  I have no idea what it is.  Can anyone help
identify what this is?

Hi, 
The best thing to do in this matter without giving out much
information about your personal background / activity would be to call
the Credit Card company that this charge appears on, find out the toll
free number of the company via them, and dispute the charge as
"unauthorized". Your credit card company will probably work best for
you.
