I did a search on google for <"Organizational Assessment Tool" Egypt>
and the reference in the first result is the most promising. However,
it is only a link to another article, which is not available, as far
as I can tell (and not because the content is restricted).

Here's what comes up:

Egypt: Millennium Development Goals, Second Country Report ... "The purpose of
the Organizational Assessment Tool is to help organizations to ...
(and then the inaccessible link follows)

In the www.iris-lebanon.org/inner/ebrief%2024.pdf (this is the
original doc, that contains the link I want).

NGO Manager Organizational Assessment Tool.
The purpose of the Organizational Assessment Tool is to help
organizations to improve their performance. It helps to find out their
strong and weak points. The OAT is a learning tool on problems and
questions concerning the organization's

The document (in pdf format) you are looking for can be found here:

Click "View this resource".

Search strategy:

After clinking the same link as you did and found it inaccessible, I

Thank ye Varlet Myoarin

Thy versification pleases me somewhat and befits thy position as Court Jester.

Hast thou studied the Danny Kaye movie of the same name and hast thou
now committed to memory the importance of the vessel with the pestle?

No, I haven't.

"Thank ye ..." "Thy ...", "Thou ..." ?

Please: "Thank thee" - even a mere god among mortal may be addressed
in the familiar form.
"Varlet" "Court Jester"?
I now have my ambitions set on Poet Laureate.
Note the immediate on-demand production of an appropriate verse.
There was something about being rewarded with a fuder of wine each year.

You will certainly want to replace the present one:
"Professor Andrew Motion (born October 26, 1952) is an English poet,
novelist and biographer who is the current Poet Laureate. His poems
are known for the insightful way in which they explore loss and
desolation." (Wikipedia)

"Loss and desolation": hardly themes for your neo-baroque reign.

Cheers, Sire, Myo
