Where can I find a video or credible transcript of a particular
interview described below?

Details:
- The interview was between a current or former Russian leader and a
well-known American journalist.
- Among other things, the Russian stated that at the time of US's
invasion of Iraq, he and everyone (other leaders world-wide) believed
Iraq had WMD.  I do not remember any exact quotes, but that was the
point he was making.
- I saw the interview aired some time before mid-August 2005, and
almost certainly after March of 2003.
