I am looking for free sources of data on the web on costs of IT
outsourcing. Things like costs per seat to outsource 2000 W2K desktop
users for helpdesk and level one support. Reports on savings achieved
by outsourcing to typical providers like IBM or EDS. Information on
industry benchmarks to assist in sizing an IT outsourcing proposal for
helpdesks, support desks, network management, systems management.
