Question ID: 715879
Is it legal to purchase the future income of people in the U.S.? For
example, could I give someone $50,000 in exchange for signing a
contract saying that 10% of everything that is reported on their tax
returns over the remainder of their lives needs to be paid to me?
More specifically, would the contract hold up to legal scrutiny? Are
there any precedents established for this?
