What are the main factors that led the U.S. to develop into an
industrial-economic power in the 19th Century? I'm particularly
interested in the effect Carnegie, Rockefeller, Edison, and labor
unions had during this time.

I'm not looking for a dissertation, but details are nice.

Mostly the 1914-18 war

And that is not the 19th century
