Question ID: 715955
What percent of domestic U.S. retail phonograph record sales for each
of the years 1956, 1957, and 1958 were by singer Pat Boone? (Along
with Elvis, Boone was the pre-eminent pop recording star in the
business then. It still may well be less than 1%, so please give me
even the decimal fraction. The raw numbers and sources they come from
will of course be desired.) Does any recording star nowadays enjoy
command of a similar percentage share of retail sales?

ANY of the years 1956, 1957, or 1958 verifiably sourced will earn the
fee. Or all of them a little undersourced. All of them well sourced
will earn extra tip, promise!
