Question ID: 715960
SEEKING COMPARISON: About what percent of the domestic retail market
did the music recording industry represent in 1960 (or 1955-60 if
that's somehow more comprehensive or equally available)? What percent
of the domestic retail market does the music recording industry
represent today (defined as any timeframe available after 1998)?
Related statistical information about the leisure dollar compared to
the entire retail dollar size of "the economy" in these timeframes
will be worth some "tip" gratitude from me!
