Anyone know what type of equipment I need?

I have a partial t1 line and I need a system that I can control
with one pc but can hook up to say 5-10 telephone lines so I can
dial numbers on the fly. So I can push a button and the pc will call say
5-6 numbers at the same time and then after so many seconds it will redial.

I want this to test a vote system that I'm looking at for a business.

If anyone knows what would work please let me know. I'm lost when It comes
to telephone equipment. This would be automated.

Sorry..

How this will work in more detail.

I have a second office with a full T1 line with all voice. 24 total
voice lines with hooked into a voice system that scores votes so I can
track how well our business does. people can vote 1 for good or 10 for
bad plus in betweens.

I want to test this from my home which has a partial t1 line 12 voice lines. 

I want to be able to hook up say 5-12 lines to this system (Hard
wired) and then plus this box, or equipment into a pc so I can have my
home PC auto dial and wait so many mins and then dial again.

Hope this helps more to explain my question.

Also a cheap why to do this would be best. Even if I can get a second
PC with say 5 modems and use a third PC with say 5 modems and so one..
Just need software then.

Just looking a the best way to test this is my reason for not spending
a ton of money to do this..

A way that I can control with one pc and make 5+ calls at one time.

I want to dial a number and test my system that is in place now..
