I'm working in Iraq, and I have a fierce craving for a soft taco
supreme, or maybe a Chalupa. Some of the military bases have fast food
restaurants, and a few are owned by Taco Bell's parent company, Yum!,
such as KFC. However, none of the bases I know of contain a Taco Bell.

I've also looked for Taco Bell elsewhere in the region. Couldn't find
one in Jordan, UAE, or Egypt. Rumour has it that there is one in
Kuwait. Searching the Yum! website, I could not find any listing.

I want a full list of Taco Bell restaurants in the greater Middle East. By
"greater Middle East" I mean the region from Morocco in the west (or
Mauritania, if you prefer) through to Iran. You can include
Afghanistan, too, please, though I don't need any information on the
rest of Central Asia. Don't forget Turkey and the whole of the Arabian
penninsula. Why not Cyprus, too?

I would also like an email that I can use to send a letter of
complaint to Taco Bell or Yum! about their appaling paucity of
branches in the region. I will not accept a response form. I want a
fully functional email address, where I can send a polite, yet firm
letter explaining their oversight and encouraging them to rectify
their grave mistake.

I don't think you'll find a Middle East Taco Bell locator. These
business are quite small and discreet and they are operating out of
AFEES storefronts and makeshift PX's throughout the region often in
conjunction with other brand names such as Pizza Hut, KFC, etc. being
served over the same counter. They are not stand-alone businesses.
With that in mind what kind of alternative answer will suffice?
