I am looking for an architectural notebook that used to be issued free
of charge to specifiers of building design materials. It was only
issued on an annual basis in January and only in the UK.

I am told that it was published some time ago in Arundel Kent.

Do you have any  - ANY -  idea who published the notebook?
That would be a great help to a Researcher.

No I am soory all I can remember is that it was published on annual
basis. I think it was called The Architectural Notebook.
