CONTEXT: I am a proposal writer for a charitable not-for-profit. My
job is to sell foundations, state and local
governments and other not-for-profits client
tracking and case management enterprise software for their direct
service programs. These customers range from single departments in
agencies, entire organizations and up to large regional and statewide
collaboratives of many organizations that share a single enterprise
software solution. We have our own software that I warranty results
for with customers that use our training--we guarantee they
will be able to use the software to get verifiably better outcomes for
the participants they intend to help (e.g. homeless
populations, teenagers at risk for pregnancy, etc.). Hundreds of
organizations serving a wide variety of such targeted populations
currently use our software and training and have verifiable success;
characterization of our value added and our referral business is
working fine and is not the problem. My challenge is justifying my
pay by finding NEW customers that do not know about
us--I need to find at least two new qualified customer prospects each
month. I presumed I could find services with easily searchable lists
of RFI or RFPs that enable me to find the potential customers I need
to make such software procurements. I have not been able to find
software RFI and RFP procurements characterizing by the following
search terms:
client tracking
case management
outcome tracking
enterprise system
collaborative information system
QUESTION: What online service (or combination thereof, whether free
or by monthly subscribtion fee--total cost of less than $100/mo) can I use
to find at least 10 RFI or RFP notices each month from foundations,
not-for profits and state and local governments seeking procurement of
enterprise software for client or case management tracking purposes?
PRICE: (Please provide me a receipt so I can get reimbursed)
$50 if you can offer a better way for me to find a number of qualified
prospects ($100k to $10MM size purchases) that meet my above criteria
instead of the RFI and RFP response route and still at $100 or less
per month cost;
$30 if you can show me an online service (or list of several) that
will allow me to find a minimum 10 qualifed RFI or RFP leads from above targeted
customer groups;
$??? additional consulting fees paid for offline assistance that adds
value in helping me win new customers here.

robibi-ga,
Couple of few things:
1. Your question is currently priced at $50, and that's what you will
be charged if you receive an answer. Variable pricing ($30 if A, $50
if B) doesn't really work in the Google Answers context.
2. You can change the price you have set, if you desire....see the
FAQs link at the page bottom for more information.
3. This charge will appear on your credit card...that may be the only
sort of 'receipt' that's available.
4. Take a look at this link:
://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&rls=GGLJ,GGLJ:2006-05,GGLJ:en&q=%28rfq+OR+rfi+OR+rfp%29+%22client+tracking%22+OR++%22case+management%22+OR++%22outcome+tracking%22+OR++%22enterprise+system%22+OR++%22collaborative+information+system%22+site%3aorg
NOTE: Many of the RFQs here will be out of date. HOWEVER, if these
are the right sorts of things you need, I can help you set up a search
that will routinely notify you by email anytime NEW material is posted
to the web pertaining to the types of RFPs you're looking for.
Let me know what you think,

Apologies for taking so long to clarify the question:
$50 is fine and I'll pay that amount if you can show me a way "to find
a number of qualified prospects ($100k to $10MM size purchases) that
meet my above criteria" and the criteria that I mean are identifying
organizations that are seeking to procure a "client tracking, case
management, outcome tracking enterprise system and/or collaborative
information system". The important thing is that I need to find these
organizations at a point when they are ready to buy, but not already
at the point where they've decided on who they are going to buy
from...I believe this is typically at the RFI, RFP stage for public
procurements. That's why I was aksing for help in finding online
services that list such RFI's and RFPS...the search string results you
showed me don't seem to narrow down the results to qualified
organizations ready to buy or identify actual RFPs already issued but
still open. I'm interested in a search approach if it works, but it
would have to efficiently lead me to discover quickly, with less
noise, the organizations that have more then the search terms in their
documents and are specifically at a point of software purchase
activity prior to selecting a vendor (hopefully soon to be me).
