graduate, say, without GMAT and TOEFL score requirements and
graduating within 2 years.

Please let me know if you find one!

I'm engaged in a Ph.D. program in finance advertised as a 4 year
program. Nobody has graduated in under 5 years so far.

So if you can find a DBA program that I could get in and out of in 2
years (not one that is advertised as a 2 year program), let me know so
that I can discredit any students I see graduating from it!
