I really want to make "Party ice" = frozen beer. Where can I get a
freezer that will freeze ethanol, if one exists. Or if it doesn't,
what would be the best way to freeze ethanol?

You can buy dry ice by the pound to do it...it's quite cheap.

Freezing beer (about 10% alcohol, or less) should work fine in the
freezer compartment of your home freezer. In ice-cube tray or similar
mold, not in the can/bottle.
Freezing ethanol is another matter, you need to go much lower
temperature to freeze pure ethanol.
