We have link servers on our database.  We are getting the following
error on SQL 7 query analyzer.
Server: Msg 7399, Level 16, State 1, Line 1
OLE DB provider 'STREAM' reported an error. The provider ran out of
memory.

Is your linked server an Oracle server?

No, all servers are MS SQL server 7.0.  Thanks

No, I read that article before and it is not in our case.  We don't
get "OLE DB provider 'STREAM' reported an error. The provider ran out
of memory." all the time, most time happen when our server was busy.
