1. I would like to know which are the best immigration law firms in
the United States that file petitions for green cards (type EB1 and
EB2)?
(p.s: I would appreciate it if you can tell me, why the law firms that
you chose are the best and by what standard did you arrive at it?)

2. A research summary that determines if the applicant is qualified
for either type of green card (EB1 or EB2 and which one of two is more
suited) Let me give you some more information so that you can refine
your search.
The petition is to be filed for an indian professional with the
following qualifications:
1. holds a doctrate degree
2. is a recepient of a national medal of honor
3. has publications in national papers and mass media
4. has appeared on various panels as a specialist in his field
5. has been a part of training programs, as a principal faculty
6. is the memeber of an national think-tank comprising of the elite
from various fields.
7. is currently the highest paid professional in his area in the country

Ideally this person would like to be a professor in a US university or
a free lance consultant in his area.. Really good results could get an
added tip ! :D
If you want to clarify anything please send me an email right away...
thanks

There are two distinct research projects here. You might do better if
you post each of these questions separately.
