Hi priotus,

This is "Uryuomoco", the Alien language spoken in the fantastic comic,
El Goonish Shive, by Dan Shive.

The translation is:

"You are all dorks and American dorks at that"

I used the English/Uryuomoco Translator which can be found here:
http://www.ookii.org/egs/uryuom/

Additional links:

El Goonish Shive website: http://egscomics.com

Guide to learning Uryuomoco: http://anticarrot.com/alien

Search terms:
umja
Uryuomoco

I hope this helps.

Best regards
