Hi and thank you for your interesting question,

‘The first two V2 rockets to land in London arrived within sixteen
seconds of each other, the first in Chiswick, to the West of London,
the second in Epping, just north of the capital. A total of 1,359
rockets were fired against London during the ensuing autumn and
winter, of which 1,190 actually succeeded in leaving the launch pad.
More than half of those fell short of England's capital, but the five
hundred that did get to London killed 2,724 people and injured 6,476
more.'
http://www.what-if-you.com/ww2memorial/wwii__chapter_39.htm

As over 500 V2 rockets were dropped on London between September 1944
and March 1945, it is unlikely that every location and date is
documented. The government didn't even officially recognise that V2's
were being dropped until Churchill admitted to the fact on 10th
November 1944, by which time over 100 had already landed.

‘…by November four to six were being reported each day. Officials were
told to talk about the incidents as gas mains explosions but Londoners
were suspicious about this explanation.’
http://www.holnet.org.uk/learningzone/londonatwar/airraid/p_vweapons.html

'The first rockets fell on the evening of September 8 at Epping
(Essex) and Chiswick and the last at Orpington (Kent) on the afternoon
of March 27. The attack reached its crescendo during February, when 71
dropped in a week on Southern England. The first to fall in London was
at Brentford. Eight houses were destroyed and 50 damaged by blast. Two
people were killed and ten seriously injured, and gas and water mains
were affected. The highest number of incidents in any one 24-hour
period was 17 and the total casualties were, killed 2,754 and serious
injured 6,523.
Totals of fifty or sixty rockers a week were common throughout
January, February, March, many of them on London and Essex with some
in Kent and Hertfordshire.’

I have found a timeline of V2 attacks 1944-1945 at the following
website (it is not complete, but quite comprehensive):
http://www.v2rocket.com/start/deployment/timeline.html

Mar. 27, (16.48 hours) the last A4 rocket fired toward England,
impacted into a village Orpington, county Kent, killed 1 person and
injured 23 people.

Between January - March 1945 the attacks were less frequent; I could
find no specific details of locations of V2 drops in London during
this time.
The timeline also details attacks in Norfolk, Essex and surrounding
areas.

I have also found details of an additional couple of attacks on
London:

25th Oct 1944 - A single V2 Rocket kills 160 in South London.
26th Mar 1945 - V2 kills 110 people in London and injures 123.
