My first guess would be yes, under medical expenses on your 1040
--itemized deductions. A quick call to to the IRS would give you a
difinitive answer, they are very helpful on the phone:

Are you using one or buying one?

Medical deductions are subject to a floor of 7.5% AGI, if memory serves.
