VoIP providers such as BroadVoice, Vonage, and Skype (SkypeIn) allow customers to pick phone numbers with area codes different from the one they live in. I am living in the United States but have friends in South Africa. I would like my friends to be able to call me without paying international rates. For certain reasons, it is not feasible for them to setup a VoIP account with a US phone number. Can you help me find a VoIP provider that will allow me to setup a VoIP account with a South Africa phone number? I also need the option to forward the incoming VoIP calls to my cell phone. The provider should support most popular SIP phones as well. |
