Where can i get free or affordable (less than $30) design
guides(compilations) for appropriate technology items (gadgets for the
3rd world)? Similar to itdg.org , tecno-point.com, bagelhole.com,
echotech.org, sleekfreek.th.ax

The gadgets I look for are designs in alternative transport,
agri-gadgets, manufacturing/fabrication methods and specifications,
small-scale industries for the third world
