I'm doing a research paper on Brazil. I will be writing the paper as
if I'm a human resource manager working for a US company that is
expanding into Brazil. Some of the specific topics that I need to
cover are how I would recruit & select Brazilian workers and any laws
or other factors having a significant effect on the recruiting &
selection process. I also need examples of how this contrasts with
recruiting America.

I also need to know if it's hard to find skilled employees in Brazil.
An overview of the most common industries would be good. What issues
should my company expect to encounter should we decide to train the
workers ourselves? How does training in Brazil differ from training in
America?
