Can you estimate how many paper clips it would take to equal the same
weight as an average 15 inch tire?

1 pound = 453.59237 grams

A paper clip weighs approximately 1 gram, and a 15 inch tire can weigh
about 30 lbs.  Therefore you could estimate a 15 inch tire to weigh
the same as about 13,500 paper clips.
