i was charged with a fellony in 2003, i punched a elderly man 1 time when he pulled a knife on me and theatened to stab me, i was charged with injury to an elderly person this 2nd degree fellony is just about all over my probation is complete next year,my question is will i be abeal to get a Passport, I wish to travel, the gov has told me maybe, I want a solid answer.thanks |

Only the government can give you a solid answer, go to them and start the process, that "maybe" will magically turn into a firm YES or NO. |

Not all felony convictions prohibit international travel. Some do. The usual person to contact to find out if your conviction prohibits travel is your probation officer. |
