Go to a friend's house. After a while, tell your friend that you feel ill and that you must have some medication that is only available from x miles away. After your friend has set off on his rescue mission, you use his phone ... Easy! (I do it all the time) |

you can use www.skype.com buy there credits its fast and cheap with 10 $ ya can speak for many hours |

Thank you for the tip about skype. Yes, it's cheap, but doesn't solve the problem of 800#s that don't accept calls from international locations. Thanks anyway. |

An international call to an 800 number won't be blocked - cut off. You will be advised that it will be charged if you accept to continue. |
