Name of a flat fee broker willing to sell my house in Las Vegas.  Two
restrictions: (1) Selling fee <$1000 (2) Provide a persons NAME not a
company as I don't trust the companies I find listed on the web (e.g.
mlslistings.com or saveonmls.com)

I doubt that there is any way that a Google Answers Researcher can
guarantee that a particular broker will be willing to sell your house.

Good point - perhaps someone ABLE to sell my house.  They would need
to be a member of the Las Vegas MLS system I believe.

Call the Greater Las Vegas Board of Realtors.

One company you might try is Congress Realty, they list their Nevada
license # as 57279 and you can probably get their name from the Nevada
department of real estate at (775) 687-4280 - I also have a brief
overview of them listed on my new blog,

Do it yourself for $300 fee to get it on the MLS in your local area.
No broker will take a full service listing for a $1000.
