Name of a flat fee broker willing to sell my house in Las Vegas. Two restrictions: (1) Selling fee <$1000 (2) Provide a persons NAME not a company as I don't trust the companies I find listed on the web (e.g. mlslistings.com or saveonmls.com) |

I doubt that there is any way that a Google Answers Researcher can guarantee that a particular broker will be willing to sell your house. |

Good point - perhaps someone ABLE to sell my house. They would need to be a member of the Las Vegas MLS system I believe. |

One company you might try is Congress Realty, they list their Nevada license # as 57279 and you can probably get their name from the Nevada department of real estate at (775) 687-4280 - I also have a brief overview of them listed on my new blog, http://www.flatfeemlsmarketing.com/2006/04/23/congress-realty/ |

Do it yourself for $300 fee to get it on the MLS in your local area. No broker will take a full service listing for a $1000. |
