In 2002, the voters of Frisco, TX approved the sale of $20,000,000 in
bonds to fund the construction of a recreation and aquatics center. 
Some or all of these bonds were probably sold in early 2003 (the full
$20,000,000 may have been sold in more than one transaction). I need
to know the details of those sales...dates, amounts, terms, interest
rates, etc.  And, unfortunately, I need this information in the next
18 hours.
