Question ID: 717065
am writing a screenplay and one of my characters is a lawyer for a
builder....so my questions are....
1)how does a builder's office looks like?
2)what does a builder needs a lawyer for?
3)Assuming that my lawyer goes there to explain a case to the builder,
what kind of a case it is most likely to be?(i mean any one of the
typical cases a lawyer takes up for a builder).
Note: Please keep in mind that my lawyer is just run-of-the-mill.
Assume that the builder had him in his employment just in case, to
defend him against petty litigations.

1: It depends on the size of the builder but small uilders are not
famous for having lavish premises. Maybe a caravan or a wooden hut
probably on a building site.

2: A builder may need a lawyer to help collect money from a customer
who is disputing the quality of work that's been done.

3: See 2.

Are you familiar with the phrase, "Write what you know"?

I sure am glad that Jules Verne and Edgar Rice Burroughs (among many
others)never went to onenonblonde-ga for inspiration.
