I have a PocketPC with a number of "All Day" events, such as birthdays
which are generated automatically from setting contact information.
The event has "Remind Me" set for a 15 minute warning. Currently it
warns 15 minutes before 8am in the morning.

My question is how to change the warning time, so it warns 15 minutes
before midday for example? I'd still like to get the reminder but not
to be woken up so early.
