In the report found on pg. 56, at
http://sec.edgar-online.com/2005/08/17/0001104659-05-040056/Section11.asp,
reference is made by EV3 Inc. to the claim of an "individual" that EV3
is violating a patent held by said individual, but he/she/it is not
identified.  I'd like the name and address of that unnamed individual.
