Argue why smokers have the right to expose others to second hand smoke
in public places. Argue why it is unethical in two paragraphs and why
it is ethical in two paragraphs. Use J.S. Mill's view on
utilitarianism to argue these actions.

Clarification of Question by indepinto-ga on 10 Apr 2006 15:09 PDT
For discussion (not homework), I am seeking to debate ethical vs
unethical views using J.S. Mills views on utilitarianism to argue why
its OK or not OK to expose others to second hand smoke in public
places. If you can't help, and due to time constraints, let me know
now. Thanks.
