I am doing some research for a class and need to know if a person is
arrested and charged on various counts if and when will the persons
name be listed in the local newspapers? Does this occur shortly after
the arrest or after the court hearing/trial? Thanks!

It happens whenever the newspaper decides to print the information, if ever.
