Hello novelist-ga.

As I explained for your question about selling chicken to State and
Federal prisons, selling to any Federal entity is governed by complex
regulations and guidelines. Here is an example for the Air Force.

Air Force NAF Purchasing Office -- Information for Vendors

The research project as you've defined it (to locate purchasing
managers at individual military facilities) is not likely to get you
where you want to go. It seems to me you need information about how to
bid on military procurement contracts for frozen chicken. I suggest
the you modify your question and the price you've set in order to
maximize the chance of getting the information you need.

I look forward to your clarfication.

I am aware of the bidding system for federal purchases. The
information that could be helpful to me is the contact information of
the "Food buyer" at the larger US Army and Navy bases.I will give a
generous tip for a good answer.
