I now have a valid TX drivers license and just moved to michigan and
need to apply for a Michigan License. I have a few DUI convictions on
my TX record but have completed all requirements and suspension is
over for the last one. What issues may I have about applying for a
michigan license. I once had a michigan licesne as my first license
and moved to TX in 92 and had TX licesne since then. I am worried
that Michigan will pull the last 10 yrs from TX and based upon current
Michigan law deny my michigan license due to dui convictions on my TX
record. I have already been penalized in TX for my convictions. What
can happen when I go to apply for Michigan license?
