A local (California Municipality (USA)) job listing asks the following question, "I have experience with ISF project management" and then asks further details about this. I am not familiar with "ISF project management" but am familiar with many project management methodologies. What is "ISF project management"? (the preferred answer if there is one) and if not, the Google "proof" that it is obscure or not common... |

If the position is IT related, then it's probably refering to the best practices in information security as defined by the Information Security Forum. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Information_Security_Forum http://www.isfsecuritystandard.com/index_ie.htm |

Yes, IT related. Good thought -- might be what they meant. The question was quoted verbatum and provided no additional clarification or context (other than IT related), and from a "project management" perspective I had not heard of that before. Thanks |
