What would a man wear with a pair of nantucket red pants, acting in a
casual enviroment.....? what would be the most apropriate article of
clothing to acompany these pants?

Any kind of shirt except a sleeveless one.

The most appropriate article would be a white or navy classic polo
(Lacoste, JCrew etc) accessorized with a gin and tonic with a lime.
