Unfortunately I am not aware of any free UK based IPTV services at present. The BBC look set to release a public version of IPTV under the guise of the IMP (Integrated Media Player) sometime this year. This will show all BBC TV content aired in the UK over the previous 7 days. It will use Geo-IP location to determine whether or not the user is based in the UK and will use the Windows Media Video format using Digital Rights Management to prevent copying.
