I want to find, like the subject line says, the title of a song and
also the artists who made it and on what album it can be found. Here is the 
first minute of the song that can be found at this URL:

It is a techno/spacesynth type song from the 80's or 90's. The song
has no lyrics, it is all instrumental, which makes it hard to
research. But I have done enough research to where I believe it is not
by either U96, Laserdance, Koto or Trilithon but maybe done by Syntech
or Proxyon. But I could be wrong.
