I got married in 2005. But I am not living with my spouse in US
because of Visa delays. My spouse is living in a foreign country and
never lived in US.
What is my tax filing status? If my filing status is married, then I
need to provide SSN# for my spouse. But how can I provide it if my
spouse was never physically present in the US to obtain SSN.
