Recently I had a database created for a client and we used a template
"switchboard" for them. After some configuration we have now come
across a problem whereby we are able to open the database and click on
the menu's within, but our client can only open the database but they
are not able to click on the menus within. I can only assume this is a
security issue in the clients configuration but cannot discover where
I need to change this.

I would like a simple fix explanation for this problem.

MLTechz,

What does your client see when they open the database? Do they only
see the database window? Is the problem that the Switchboard form does
not open at all, or that it opens but the buttons are not clickable?

Also, which verison of Access are you/they using?
